Hardwood Moldings Direct is the molding division of Designer Doors, Inc. We manufacture hardwood moldings, and sell direct to the consumer. We have a full line of molding for your home, whether you are building or remodeling.

We offer a wide variety of hardwood moldings in 32 profiles, and we offer these styles in Hickory, Ash, Red Oak, Poplar, Cherry, White Oak, Mahogany and Walnut. Types available include Casing, Base, Crown Molding, Chair Rail, and other custom moldings.
All hardwood moldings on this site are manufactured from the finest grades of Northern and Appalachian hardwoods. All moldings are solid, and contain no veneers. Lengths are generally available up to 12’. Moldings 14-16’ may be available, but at increased prices, due to shipping penalties from the trucking companies.
Our prices are per foot of molding. Extra charges may apply for specified lengths, depending upon the size of the molding and the type of wood. We will try our best to get the lengths you need with minimal waste. Casings are generally needed in specified lengths, while Base moldings are generally sold in random lengths, as well as Crowns and Chair Rails. See each separate category for an explanation of what each type of molding is, and how it is used for each application.
When purchasing moldings in long lengths, it will have to be hand unloaded off the truck, since the moldings length will be too long to get off the lift gate of the truck. Quantities of moldings will go by truck, and all four sides will be covered in the crate. Smaller quantities in 8 foot and less lengths, can be boxed and shipped UPS.
